Dominique Amore, m.Ed: CEO & Founder
Dominique Amore brings many years of experience in education, family support, and mental health advocacy to VitalPath Solutions. As a certified Exceptional Children (EC) teacher, Parent Trainer, and licensed educator. Dominique has dedicated her career to working with individuals and families navigating developmental disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), and other mental health challenges.
Currently, Dominique is a dual student pursuing a Master’s in Special Education and a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus on Urban Education. These advanced programs are equipping her with cutting-edge strategies and research-driven approaches to better serve diverse communities, including those impacted by systemic barriers to care and education.
With a Master’s degree in Urban Education already under her belt, Dominique specializes in providing culturally responsive care and addressing the unique needs of marginalized populations. Her certifications in Non-Clinical Case Management and HIPAA compliance further ensure that all services are delivered with professionalism, privacy, and care.
Dominique’s experience extends beyond the classroom. She has worked closely with families to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), advocated for equitable access to resources, and provided parent training to strengthen family dynamics. Her mission is to bridge the gap in accessible services for Medicaid recipients and private-pay families, empowering individuals to lead fulfilling lives.
The Vision Behind VitalPath Solutions

VitalPath Solutions was born out of a desire to bridge these gaps by offering tools, resources, and personalized guidance that empower families to thrive. My vision is to create a space where every client feels valued, supported, and heard—whether through Medicaid-supported programs or customized private-pay solutions."
